Integrated Marketing Manager

Top Ten Liquors is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to help keep our fast-moving marketing world organized, on track, and moving with purpose. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of project management, creative coordination, media execution, events, and cross-functional teamwork.

Senior leadership will set the broader strategy, but this person will own the execution: timelines, trackers, approvals, communication, follow-through, and making sure projects launch accurately, on brand, and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate marketing strategy, media direction, and project briefs into clear timelines and actionable work plans.
  • Manage project trackers, status documents, meeting notes, deadlines, and approvals across internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate fast-moving workflows across paid media, creative production, organic social, influencer initiatives, retail promotions, and brand events.
  • Identify risks, timeline conflicts, missing information, and roadblocks before they slow the work down.
  • Manage creative asset workflows, including specs, asset tracking, internal reviews, revisions, and final approvals.
  • Partner closely with leadership, buyers, store operations, external partners, and agency teams.
  • Lead status meetings and communicate updates, priorities, blockers, and next steps clearly.
  • Own marketing-related events and retail activations from concept through execution, including logistics, materials, staffing, and post-event evaluation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Strong project management discipline and consistent follow-through.
  • A proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work style.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail or agency environment.
  • Comfort working with leadership, creative teams, operations teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with paid media, social media, creative production, influencer marketing, or event execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of marketing project management, client operations, or account coordination experience.
  • Experience in an agency, retail, consumer-facing, or fast-paced corporate marketing environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to attend evening and weekend events as needed.
  • Retail or compliance-sensitive industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows preferred.

Schedule & Location

This is a salaried, in-person role based in Minneapolis, MN with an in-office requirement of four days per week. Evening and weekend availability is required for occasional events and retail activations, approximately 2–3 times per month depending on campaign and event needs.
