What May Come

May is filled with days of celebration and honor:  Mother’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day, and Oregon Wine Month.   We honor our mothers by celebrating with a glass of sparkling or rose.  We honor Oregon wines by drinking a glass of Pinot Noir.  We honor veterans with a boot to the bottle and pop of a can wine. This month our weekly At-Home Tasting seminars will feature these themes and plenty of selections to keep you constantly excited by something new.

Mother’s Day

What to get for Mother dearest?  This week, stop by and pick up our Mother’s Day Take Home Seminar bundle.  Why should mom have to wait until Sunday to be celebrated? We’ll launch our weekly tasting packet on our website Friday so that you can wow Mom with your wine knowledge all weekend.

On Friday, Mom can relax with Rosé.  Saturday is sparkling with bubbles.  Sunday is peaceful Pinot.

Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day is often spent socializing, eating, and drinking with those we love .  It’s also a day in which we honor and celebrate those who have given their lives in service of our country.  Let’s honor and celebrate by giving a boot to the bottle and pull and pop wine from a can.  Strip your sipping of all the frill and just keep it simple . The At-Home Tasting Bundle will be available for purchase starting the Tuesday before Memorial Day.

Oregon Wine Month

I make a pilgrimage to Willamette every year.  This spring I had to cancel my trip, but the force grows strong, nonetheless.   Oregon calling…

Last year, I was privileged to attend Oregon Pinot Camp thanks to Scott Neal from Coeur de Terre. OPC invites industry experts and buyers to attend its annual education and celebration of Oregon wines.  To keep the tradition aliveand keeping in the spirit of remembering our troops, we’re e launching our very own Mini Oregon Boot Camp featuring my favorite and beloved producers: Fullterton/Three Otters, Coeur de Terre, and Elk Cove/Pike Road.  If you’re a hardcore Pinot lover or you’re looking to get into these styles, our two weeks of At-Home Tasting Program selections will be perfect for you. We’ll compare Oregon and California styles to give you a range of flavors.

Cheers! Seriously Siri
