The Beckett Family is at it again! After creating the super successful Chronic Cellars Paso Robles wines, they have just brought another great label to the wine drinking public. Chillhouse Wines are an affordable, high quality line of wines also made from Paso Robles fruit. The Beckett’s came to make wine in California’s Central Coast in 1983 and have maintained high standards with their delicious wines under the Peachy Canyon label. The Chillhouse bottlings are a juicy one-two punch with playful labels but more importantly, Paso Robles richness. These will be great for parties and various grilling, especially BBQ ribs! Even though it’s the 3rd day of Fall, don’t quit on the rose’s yet! The Rose’ of Zinfandel will be fantastic for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Chillhouse Zinfandel Paso Robles
The Chillhouse Zinfandel is exuberant with aromas of plum and violet jumping out of the glass followed by chocolate, baking spices, and vanilla. A smooth mouthfeel and balanced tannins combine with flavors of black cherry, nutmeg, toasted almond, and hints of cinnamon.

Chill House Rose’ of Zinfandel Paso Robles
ChillHouseRose_WEB The Chillhouse Rosé starts off with bursts of fresh melon, quince, rosehips, and meyer lemon. On the palate watermelon, strawberry and ripe honeydew meet more subtle notes of persimmon and hibiscus flower. It’s a summery, fruit-forward rosé that’s as dry as they come.
