The Central Coast in California has seen an amazing rise to prominence. The last 30 years have seen the creation of a beautiful wine region within one of the world’s greatest agricultural areas. Skillful farmers who made their money on broccoli, cabbage and lettuce entered the grape growing business and have thrived. Santa Barbara County has got to be a vacation destination for you if you love great food and wine. Members of our staff have made multiple expeditions to Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties, and I have taken several family vacations there as well. We’ve had a wonderful experience every time. I say all of this because I love Central Coast wines and want to share my passion with you. Stolpman Dark berry flavors are balanced by high-acid Sangiovese grit which arises from the dry-farmed, 20 year old Sangiovese vines grown in limestone.
