- What is a prepaid debit Mastercard?
- It’s a digital card that will get to you by email. You can use it as a Gift Card.
- Once you receive your email notification, you will setup an account and follow the instructions.
- To setup your account, simply follow the instructions and steps that will arrive in your email. Create a username and password and you will be able to access your rebate as well as your digital prepaid Mastercard information
- The digital Mastercard will have the total value of your approved rebate
- What will happen once the customer receives the rebate notification?
- The customer will receive an email to create an account where he or she will manage all approved rewards.
- What email is the rebate sent to?
- The rebate is sent to the email address the customer used when creating their account within the Top Ten Liquors App.
- Is my information safe?
- Top Ten Liquors does not share or sell customer information.
- How long does it take to receive the rebate?
- Once a rebate redemption has been approved, customer will receive it within 48 hours maximum
- How soon can I use my rebate?
- Once customer has received the rebate in form of Paypal Account or prepaid debit Mastercard, it can be used immediately

- If there are multiple items with rebates in a transaction, will they come in one card or multiple?
- Customer redeems one rebate per transaction
- This means that if a customer has 3 items that qualify for 3 different rebates, they will need to claim the rebates in 3 different transactions through the App, uploading the proof of purchase 3 times. Rebates in the App will not be available once rebate has been claimed once.
- I sent my receipt 3 days ago and haven’t received anything. What should I do?
- Rebates will be processed within 48 hours of redemption. If you do not receive a notification during that time period, please reach out to help@BYBEapp.com
- The App won’t load, what do I do?
- Please quit the App and relaunch.
- Do I need a picture of the entire receipt or just the item?
- Yes, the picture needs to be of the entire receipt.
- I want a different size that what’s shown. Is that ok?
- The rebates are only available on specific products as advertised on the Top Ten Liquors App. If you have a need for a different size or product, please reach out to our stores, we will be happy to help you get Rewards Pricing.
