This Friday is the first day of Spring according to the calendar and I say Amen to that! There might be some bumps, some cold and blustery days ahead but another Minnesota winter has been defeated. This means it’s time to celebrate. A change in cuisine; a cleaning of the grill and pasta salads are in order so let’s roll out some wines with fresh flavors, crisp acidities and lighten up from our winter comfort foods.

We have big wine tastings coming up at all our stores starting with Woodbury tonight and tomorrow night. I hope to see you there and celebrate the coming of Spring!
