It’s from France, not Turkey, but it goes great with turkey. I think you know what I mean. The region is Vouvray which is a Loire Valley appellation where the finest Chenin Blanc grapes are grown. That place is magic for making all types of Chenin Blanc; sweet, dry, and bubbly. The flavor is reminiscent of apples and pears. The Domaine Pichot we offer this week for Thanksgiving is like liquid Honeycrisp apples. So delicious and so good with food. I can’t wait to get to the table with turkey and Vouvray at the ready.
Have a great Thanksgiving!

|“This single vineyard wine has enormous potential. At this stage, it is dry and not quite integrated. But with the rich fruitiness, the hints of yellow fruits and the tight mineral character, this wine will age extremely well. Drink from 2021.” 92 points Wine Enthusiast Magazine|
