I’m really hoping you didn’t give up wine for Lent and if you did; well, we’ll talk in a while. If you did not make that mistake then you might be looking for a few great Friday Night Fish Wines. It’s time to break into the stash of walleyes, crappies, bluegills and whatever else you pulled through the hole in the ice and enjoy the fruits of your ice fishing labor! Or you could just go to the store and fine something delicious to cook up. Whatever you do, remember that light, white meat fish like to be served with light, crisp whites. This week we have some fantastic options. Break out the Pinot Noirs for Salmon and Trout, or for something fun and different, give this week’s red selection a try.
