As the leaves turn colors, and a cold wind finally descends upon us I wanted to suggest a few local beers that will go great with that Thanksgiving feast that we all look forward to.

And Now, the Brews

Lakes & Legends | Marigold | Belgian Golden Ale
lake-n-leg-marigold-btl copy
A Belgian Golden Ale that pairs great with mashed potatoes & stuffing, and easily cuts through the rich starches, leaving your palate cleansed and preparing you to dig in for more.  Pour into a tulip glass if possible, as this style will have a little higher carbonation than others.
4pk btl | 7.7% ABV | 25 IBUs

Lakes & Legends | St. Gail | Raspberry Braggot
lake-n-leg-st-gail-btl A Raspberry Braggot made with honey that will pair great with cranberry sauce, or that last piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream.  A fantastic honey ale which is also known as a malt mead.
4 pk btl | 7.2% ABV | 6 IBUs

Boom Island | Hoodoo | Dubbel
Hoodoo A fantastic interpretation of a classic Belgian style.  Pair this with roasted turkey or ham as they enhance each other’s flavor, letting the malt forward Dubbel style shine.  Pour into a tulip glass if possible
4 pk btl | 8.5% ABV | 13 IBUs
